In this video Ray demonstrates an interesting way to complete 220 total reps using two exercises, by inverting the repetitions of each exercise. Starting with 20 pushups and 2 side-to-side seated core rotations, once completed the pushups drops to 18 reps and rotations to 4, and so on and so forth all the way until through the last set where you will now complete 2 pushups and 20 rotations. This is a challenging yet quick and efficient way to improve ones overall conditioning.
