After a violent tornado tore through Oklahoma U.S. President Barack Obama is pledging full support in their recovery effort.
(SOUNDBITE) (English) U.S. PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA SAYING:
"As a nation right now our focus right now is on the full work of rescue and the hard work of recovery and rebuilding that lies ahead. yesterday I spoke with Governor Fallon and to make it clear to Oklahomans that they would have all the resources that they need at their disposal."
The twister ... believed to be 2 miles -- or about three kilometers wide -- tore through parts of Oklahoma Monday leaving behind a trail of utter devastation.
