Amid fierce anti-government protests in Turkey, the country's President Abdullah Gul said it was 'natural' in a democracy that people would hold different opinions - and be able to voice them.
Gul told reporters in Ankara: "Peaceful demonstrations are a part of that. That's how I see the events of the past few days."
