A dramatic ending to an L.A. car chase Friday night.
Local media footage shows the driver suddenly stop his vehicle.
He jumps out, along with a dog, runs toward the police who were chasing him.... and begins to attack them.
A handful of officers try to get the man under control, but - as a local TV personality covering the chase put it,
"...Boy not without a fight! Look at the officers really struggling to get this guy under control!"
The cause of the pursuit was unknown.
