An agility orb was shown on the XBOX One's game hub during its announcement. This leads me to believe that there'll be an announcement at E3 2013. It should be noted that the developer of Crackdown 2, Ruffian Games, has said they want to move away from the Crackdown franchise, but that doesn't mean that another developer won't pick up the mantle.
