"Breaking Bad'' star Bryan Cranston received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame Tuesday (July 16).

The actor, who has won three Emmys for outstanding actor in a drama for his portrayal of "Breaking Bad's" straight-laced high school chemistry teacher-turned-methamphetamine manufacturer, Walter White, was already protective of his star.

SOUNDBITE Bryan Cranston, saying (English):

"Remember anybody who even walks, any walking on this or any expectorating or urinating or defecating, no 'ings. There should be no 'ings connected to this star. So anytime someone walks on that star, I get a little bruised."

Cranston also received a best supporting actor in a comedy Emmy nomination for his work on "Malcolm in the Middle," which ran for six seasons from 2000-2006.

His movie roles include the 2012 best picture Oscar winner "Argo" and "Saving Private Ryan." He is currently in production on the remake of "Godzilla," set to be released next spring.
