One of the biggest cities and business hubs in Russia's Far East is in danger of being swamped by the most-powerful flood the region has seen in more than a hundred years. Khabarovsk is now on the frontline in the fight against the deluge, which is expected to deal its hardest blow to the area in the next few days.
