One of the biggest cities and business hubs in Russia's Far East is in danger of being swamped by the most-powerful flood the region has seen in more than a hundred years. Khabarovsk is now on the frontline in the fight against the deluge, which is expected to deal its hardest blow to the area in the next few days. And, as RT's Paul Scott reports, the aftermath will be felt long after the water recedes.
