With less than two days left before Germany's general election, Chancellor Angela Merkel called on voters to support her.
In televised comments, Merkel said: "The stronger the mandate for me, the better I can create policies for Germany and represent our interests in Europe and also the world. I like my job and I'm asking you to vote for the CDU."
