Usage of video content is covered under the freedom and innovation revitalizing U.S. Entrepreneurship Act of 2007, H.R. 7207, or simply The Fair Use Act of 2007 that includes commentary, criticism, news reporting, research, teaching, library archiving, and scholarship. It provides for the legal, non-licensed citation or incorporation of copyrighted material.
The purpose of this video is NOT to belabor his tomfoolery. Some may say I am "knocking" him, but my objective is to produce a clear, spot on counter narrative / rebuttal. This video does address his obvious foibles (we all have them), but primarily targets HIS IDEAS. Ideas (not all) that are dodgy, characterized by malice and fatuous. Unfortunately, the ideas he has (that reside in the extremum) are frequently expressed. Mainly by others who have been thoroughly indoctrinated. These ideas (which are generated by fear, hate, and possibly an abandonment of virtue) are displayed frequently, and fuels the race industry.
As one of my subscribers so eloquently pointed out, " he demands the abdication of reason in favor of ideology."
This is a video response to: Response 2 Faceless Troll Called, EuphoricImpact. Frankly, I am surprise he did not stick Sambo or Dark European in the title. Recently, this is how he has referred to me. Originally, it was labeled Defending Black People From Racists & Their Uncle Toms.
He has a video titled Black Claims Of Victim Hood R False Says Uncle Ruckus EuphoricImpact. Also there is Uncle Tom Or Ruckus They're Still Negro Sell- Outs ! The other I will call to your attention is Angelsnupnup7 Faces The Scum Bag Called EuphoricImpact. This last one is supposedly a "debate" that we had. Of course this never existed. A concoction of his to elevate his self esteem.
For the record he fails to mention that I gave him the opportunity to meet, and formally debate with me in person. This is when I resided in Missouri. He jumped to conclusions, no big surprise. He stated the only reason I offered him this chance was to murder him. Paranoid? I do not know.
