The Netherlands has begun legal action against Russia after it seized a Greenpeace crew and their ship at gunpoint.
The group were staging a protest against oil drilling in the Arctic.
Two Dutch citizens were among the those on board and the boat, the Arctic Sunrise, is also Dutch-registered.
