Man Arrested After Attacking Stranger's Birthday Cake at Courthouse

A man was arrested at the Cowlitz County Hall of Justice in Southwest Washington State, after he stole handfuls of a 9-year-old's birthday cake, causing a scuffle with deputies. Jen Markham has the story.
