Iraqis flee the scene of another bombing in Baghdad targeting Shi'ite Muslims.
Officials say at least 48 were killed and scores wounded in this attack as pilgrims walked to a Shi'ite shrine.
Earlier a suicide bomber in the mainly Shia town of Balad killed at least 12 people in a cafe.
No-one's claimed responsibility but many sectarian attacks on Shi'ites have been blamed on Sunni groups linked to al-Qaeda.
