Madrid, Sep 11 (EFE).- British Prime Minister David Cameron's persistent refusal to hold direct talks with Spain on the question of sovereignty over Gibraltar "clearly contravenes" the relevant U.N. resolutions, according to Spanish Foreign Minister Jose Manuel Garcia-Margallo.
