Houston, 16 may (EFE).- Many a criminal has escaped justice in the name of justice. Rather a thousand go free than to convict an innocent man. Not so sure in Texas, at least when it comes to hispanic Carlos DeLuna, a convicted killer that the Lone Star State executed in 1989. An exhaustive investigation by a Columbia law school professor, however, says Deluna died an innocent man.
