Will the lawyer/trustee have access to monitor my accounts beyond the six mos of statements I provide?
Also, I just graduated college and am unemployed (blaaah sucky economy), so I've been selling off everything I own to cover lawyer fees, my car payment, and my cell phone bill.
Am I allowed to do this?
The worst part about this is that my FAMILY is who took advantage of me and incurred all the debt. But now they're off buying new cars and shopping while I'm stuck in poverty with this horrid bankruptcy. In the end all I get from them is an oops -
