I’m so Thankful I that haven’t lost a home like so many people, but I have some difficulties with my private student loan. I received a letter from law office do to this issue. I have sent them a letter to slow them down. But the issue at hand is the garniture of the loan has field bankruptcies. TERI field in 2008 and still has not come out of this problem, and they are still NOT lending monies. I have sent them 3 letters asking for them to please restructure the loan. I have not heard one word from them until the letter from the attorneys. I did get a phone call from the attorneys office last week. I explained to them the problem at hand. The lady sounded like she understood the issue but I know she is a bill collector. Can anyone give me some advice on what else I can do? -
