I have 1 eviction from a place in Arizona, and a judgement for wage garnishment.
I also have an overdue car note, bought in Arizona. If I take the car back to LA with me, it cannot be repossessed under Arizona law. (I'm not saying I don't plan to pay my loan - BUT I do not know how this factors into possible liquidation of assets.)
My credit is torn to pieces.
How do these factor into my out-of-state move? Will it make it impossible to get an apartment or rental in Louisiana, because of the eviction? How does wage garnishment play into finding new work? Do employers see it as a burden? :( If I were to file bankruptcy at this time, where should I do it (AZ or LA?) and how would it effect me? -
