1. She has poor credit and hasn't been at her job long. Her ex-husband stole a lot of money from her and killed her credit (he filed bankruptcy and got her car repoed).
2. We make the minimum for most apartments but we make it together not separate and they want it separate.
3. We don't have a ton of money and just need something to get out of our respective parents houses.
