Our old landlord is trying to stick all of his bills on our shoulders. Cause he is going through chapter 7 bankruptcy. He is charging us 600.00 for a h2o bill. And he is well aware of the leak that the downstairs apt had for several months. Of course we share meters with the downstairs. If anyone out there can help please do. -
