Well we are going through a rough patch and may decide to split up. If we did, obviously we would not be able to keep paying the IVA along with all the bills and mortgage, and one of us another place to live etc. So we would have to stop the IVA and go for voluntary bankruptcy. How would this work? Would we be able to get a council house each? We have three dogs, so if the council made us go into a hostel first, we couldnt because there would be no where for the dogs to go, and we couldnt stay with family, because he hasnt got any and my family all have dogs of their own, so they wouldnt get on with mine!
