This year I filed for bankruptcy and it was completed. I found out that the bank never was sent a letter to reaffirm my auto. I stopped in and was told they received the bankruptcy letter but never to reaffirm. I made a few more payments and not thank the loan is about 1600. I have the title for the car and not showing this bank listed on it. I know per the bank the loan was written off as well. I know when I made the payments I had to talk with a loan officer every time and they would call main bank collections department and they would make payment this way. DO I still have to pay the loan off? -
