He is planning on living in there for as long as he can. He does not want to file bankruptcy, he just wants to skip town. I told him that he will eventually have to pay up. I told him if he can save up for a plane ticket then he can pay off the debt then move but he is planning on moving in 6 months. Should he file or just skip town?
