We live in the state of KY. He needs to file BK in order to get his license back. He's going through Legal Aid, and had an appointment this morning, which they called and cancelled, because the lady was sick, so we have an appointment for tomorrow. But when they called, they said they needed MY income statements from the past 6 months. My question is WHY do they need this and can they ask this of me? -
