We're just over a month from Black Friday, and the CCL heads to the gateway to the Midwest, St. Louis, Missouri.
• Thanks to CCL general manager Xavier Mitchell, Vamp is the next man up to take the world title from Gregory Black. It's gonna be a hardcore match. Does "Boston Strong" have a chance against "Brooklyn Hardcore"?
• Wait...wasn't the Butcher supposed to get this title shot? How's he getting it, and not the Butcher? I mean, Gregory Black and The Butcher agreed. There's video of it and everything.
• Not that any of that may matter. Tommy Kazarian, winner of the CAW All-Stars 5 Royal Rumble match, is now walking around with a world title opportunity any time he wants it.
• And speaking of Kazarian, he and Matt Phoenix are mad as hell at the Constrictors, and they're coming to the Scottrade Center in St. Louis looking for a fight.
• Can anyone beat Pyra? Anyone? Black Widow's gonna try in a non-title match. Does she have an upset in her?
• Now that Frank Shatter's compound in suburban Dallas has been burned to the ground, how will he and The Brotherhood respond?
• And will Ray Gettys be arrested if he shows up?
• Michael Heinman, still carrying Suicido's stolen hardcore championship belt, is talking about "salvation". What does he mean by that?
• And the first round will be complete in the #1 contender's tournament for the CCL world heavyweight championship at Black Friday. Will it be CJ Logan or Nate Matthews that rounds out the final four?
