Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi while addressing a Congress rally in Mangolpuri, Delhi talked about the working at grassroots level so that even the weak people of the society can take decision on behalf of government. “We want you to take decision whether it’s a weak man of the society, we want him to sit in Lok Sabha and Vidhan Sabha and take decisions on for you.” Rahul Gandhi said in the rally.
