Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi while addressing a Congress rally in Mangolpuri, Delhi compared UPA tenure with NDA. “We have worked more on infrastructure and roads as we have made 3% more roads in comparison with NDA but we don’t want to forget you(masses).” He lashed out NDA in his speech by comparing UPA tenure with NDA in last 5 years.
