In a shocking incident in Uttar Pradesh on Thursday morning, the district president of the Samajwadi Party from Mathura reportedly forced his own party corporator Mahendra Chauhan to hit himself with a shoe. The corporator was then made to do sit ups and beg for forgiveness.
