UPA’s and Indian National Congress’ vice-president, Rahul Gandhi addressed a vast Congress rally in Salempur, Uttar Pradesh. Rahul compared his government with UP tenure. “There is no Congress ruling government in UP since 25 years but when we were fighting the elections in 2004 in Delhi, we have said it would be a government of common man, women as well as youth and we would empowered the women as well as poor people.”
