Indian National Congress and UPA’s vice president, Rahul Gandhi addressed a huge rally in Hamirpur, UP. “UP is the biggest state in the country and the amount of strength is here in youth, you won’t find it anywhere else. But strength is going waste because you have to go outside the state for education and employment that is sheer waste of talent.” Rahul Gandhi noted in the rally.
