The giant, seven-foot-tall "14" numerals are moved from the Times Square Museum & Visitor Center where they have been on display to One Times Square, home of the New Year's Eve Ball.
The numeral is then installed atop One Times Square to complete the "2-0-1-4" sign that lights up at midnight to announce the beginning of the New Year at the completion of the Ball Drop.
