WELCOME on and ALL the new Closet Monster track, "Eyecharts". When we got the idea for this video, we wanted to convey a sense of "mild uneasiness" in a few of the shots because if people are NOT made uneasy by the actions of the TSA and NSA (who we parody in this video), then most likely they do not understand how bad it can get. Maybe the listener/watcher does not study the acts of WW2 Germany or Stalin's Russia. Perhaps they do not know that everything that we do can be seen. Do you ever go online to look up "adult" content? Then someone knows, most likely a LOT of someones and this can be used as leverage against you for any reason that they see fit.
Do you buy ammo? Someone knows. Do you like bad food's from time to time? Well, one day you may not be able to get insurance because of it.
So on this video, we wanted to show an agent IN someone's house, watching everything that they do, and yet we wanted to capture the "zombie" apathy of most people, so in the video, the couple never seem to be the least bit disturbed by the NSA spying on every aspect of their most private lives and movements.
