The biggest complaint from recruiters and managers is that school leavers are ill-prepared for the world of work. Managers express frustration and are becoming despondent to hiring persons just leaving school or persons without the adequate work experience. Job Seekers themselves are not coping well with the current job market situation and that kind of bewilderment should concern all.
