In his weekly Web/Radio address, U.S. President Barack Obama discusses the importortance of cracking down on sexual abuse at college campuses and in the military.
He says his administration is stepping up its efforts to protect young women at college campuses from sexual abuse.
The president also raised the issue of sexual abuse in the military.
"We've especially gotta teach young men to show women the respect they deserve."
