STORY: Clouds of black smoke were seen billowing over a blaze after a freight train carrying fuel tanks derailed in Russia's city of Kirov early on Wednesday, amateur video obtained by Reuters showed.
Twelve tanks caught fire after the train went off rail and over 300 firefighters and emergency workers were sent to extinguish the flames, local media reported.
Some 400 people have been evacuated from the area, with no casualties reported, local media also reported.
