Comedy director and actor Harold Ramis, best known for films such as "Ghostbusters," "Groundhog Day" and "Caddyshack," has died at the age of 69 on Monday of complications from a rare vascular disease. He got his big break when he co-wrote the comedy hit "National Lampoon's Animal House" in 1978.
R&B singer Robin Thicke and his actress wife Paula Patton have separated after nearly 10 years of marriage. "Blurred Lines" singer Thicke and Patton met as teenagers and have been married since 2005. They have one son, Julian, who was born in 2010.
Angelina Jolie expressed hope that a U.N. Security Council resolution to boost aid access in Syria would prove effective. Jolie made the comment while on a visit to Lebanon, where she met and spoke with Syrian refugees and the Lebanese prime minister. Syrians now make up around a quarter of Lebanon's own population of just over 4 million, hosting more than one million refugees since conflict broke out.
