On April 24th 2013, the Rana Plaza factory collapsed in Bangladesh, killing more than 1,100 garment workers and injuring more than 2,500. Many brand name manufacturers were linked to Rana Plaza suppliers. They came under pressure to become more transparent about supply chains and help improve working conditions in Bangladesh.
Lucy Siegle, a columnist for the British newspaper The Observer, looked into the Rana Plaza disaster in her latest book, "We are what we wear". She tells Markus Karlsson about the progress that has been made one year after the disaster - and what still needs to be done.
