Receiving a full athletic scholarship is a dream many athletes have, but only the best can attain. Head Coach Tony Levine of the University of Houston was proud to surprise junior kicker Kyle Bullard and his mom with a full athletic scholarship. Naturally, mom seems more excited than Kyle.
