Millions of voters are casting their ballots in the final phase of India's general elections. The ruling Congress party is battling the opposition Bharatiya Janata Party for power. Its leader Narendra Modi is seen as the front-runner to become the next prime minister. With 814 million eligible voters, it is the world's biggest exercise in democracy.
