This April, several hundred Jenisch travellers set up a protest camp in Bern to campaign for more camping locations in Switzerland.
As the city needed the plot of land for parking at a major agricultural exhibition, the police cleared the plot and relocated the Jenisch to a place just outside of Bern.
The Jenisch were upset what they saw as rough handling by the city and brought the issue to the attention of the media and the public.
