Tonight, an angel has lost its wings.
Dreaming of the boy that he once was,
seeing what he is now.
Can you hear it?
Can you hear his heart scream with agony?
Lost and scared in a cold, lonely world.
He wanders the earth,
searching for meaning,
seacrching for a reason why.
Why is this happening?
Is this what he is destine to become?
Finally, will he ever obtain a goal of personal destination?
Or will he continue to walk, aimlessly,
and see his reflections in the puddles slowly fade away,
into the crumbling demise of what is, what has been, and what is yet to happen.
Maybe all of this means something.
Maybe he is invisible for a reason...
Tonight, an angel has lost more than just its wings.
