Complex words in a poem
Its not that they are not in my vocabulary
Too many complex words are like hurdles in a race,
Barriers to understanding which slows readers down
Too many complex words are hard to understand and
Makes the poem not as grand
Words like superior and inferior
Just deferrer the poems meaning
The poem becomes more of a study or discussion
Unpremeditated poems are the best
One without thought and just feeling
Poems should not just be esoteric
It’s important to write veracious poems in such a way
So people can understand it all
And for some one who is so intelligent
To ask myself to write a complex poem and think I am not capable
They are just an asinine person!
