You may choose your means of suicide
(Don't you realize that life is one long, drawn-out affair of self-extermination?
1. The widow by her dull, overused razor;
her loneliness cutting so gradually
it didn't feel a thing.
2. The bullied teen by her new pocket knife from K-Mart;
their words slashing to shreds
her worthless pride.
Life is a long decision,
a decision between two different means to a single end.
The bullied teen or the lonely widow?
Their words or your loneliness?)
or not.
