If you're angry and you're standing, the Prophet said,
Go sit down or lie on a bed.
And if this still doesn't help you,
Go and purify yourself with Wudu.
Some suppress their anger and squeeze it inside,
Others take it out on a world so wide.
They cry, swear and shout all by the will of Shaytan,
Who comes to them and takes over their Iman.
They hurt themselves or many others
Carelessly abusing their sisters and brothers.
Soon the Shaytan will get fed up and bored
And allows the soul to return to his Lord.
This is when the human mind starts to regret,
And begs Allah, ' My sins and bad deeds, please forget.'
Why go through all these painful times
Just by committing Shaytan's crimes.
By using water extinguish this fire
And take your Iman to a level higher.
Don't allow the fire to get in your way
And from the straight path, lead you astray.
