I throw back my head.
Watching the snow fall around me.
Swarming around me like a silvery cloak.
Cool and soft upon my tongue.
Gazing at the lumisicent orange moon.
That hangs in the dark sky.
Watching me, casting everything in dimly lit shadows.
As the snow sparkles and shimmers.
I look at the big beautiful moon.
Wondering, why, does it shine so bright?
Casting everything with shadows.
But can see through the eerie white light.
Gazing at the lumisicent orange moon.
That hangs in the dark sky.
Watching me, casting everything in dimly lit shadows.
As the snow sparkles and shimmers.
Look in the clear crystal water before me.
The moon winks back at me.
Deep dark pitch surrounding it.
As it hangs so mightly and free.
Gazing at the lumisicent orange moon.
That hangs in the dark sky.
Watching me, casting everything in dimly lit shadows.
As the snow sparkles and shimmers.
I sit down, and fold my legs under me.
Watching and taking in the scene.
As the stars shine so peacefully.
And light up the trees and the grass surrounding me.
Gazing at the lumisicent orange moon.
That hangs in the dark sky.
Watching me, casting everything in dimly lit shadows.
As the snow sparkles and shimmers.
As a fog surrounds the water's surface.
Obscuring the moon and blankets the stars.
I sit under it, wondering if it will come back out again.
Shining like brightly lit glass shard.
Gazing at the lumisicent orange moon.
That hangs in the dark sky.
Watching me, casting everything in dimly lit shadows.
As the snow sparkles and shimmers.
