In time, I'll learn to love the rain
I'll be a fish in oceans deep and wide
And my heart will learn with time.
I'm closing all doors that will remind me of you.
Erasing all these memories from my mind, it seems there is no hope
I'll try to move on again, still hope you'll call me a friend.
I know in my heart you'll always represent love.
I'm really dying here, but I know I must be strong.
I'm really lying here, and my heart knows I'm dead wrong.
I'll never forget your face with time.

And even though it seems that Im surrendering my heart,
Something deep inside me says a battle is about to start.
Someone tell me-when is it that we should hold on to something that we need?
Is it the whisper of my heart that I should heed?
Will time erase your warmth?
Will it change this friendship that we knew?
Though hours change the days, weeks, months, even years...
My heart still loves with time.
