Loyalty should be a two way street.
Alas it isn’t always so
Some lovers are content to cheat
and hope that you will never know.
And when found out their lame excuse
“but it was just a one night fling”
I’d had a little too much booze
It did not really mean a thing.
When you dismiss them out of hand
they think you are unreasonable.
The cannot seem to understand
that they alone are culpable.
Though they expect you to be true.
this rule only applies to you.
