And tonight is a night we were together,
A night where a nearby atom could sever,
And in the limbo known as purgatory,
I would have naught but a happy story,
Of where I was when it all came down,
Nothing left just take a look around,
And deep within the hollow city,
You would find my corpse with deep pity,
To think of the future and childhood dreams,
About a young life ripped at the seams,
Then in heaven if such a thing exists,
I'd smile and shine with bliss,
The time came to end my life-long endeavour,
At least tonight is a night we were together.
