Alan see demons,
sharp ears, hands
replaced by claws
with talons
Only Kate looked
serene, beautiful;
an aura of peace,
shining brightly
into the night
The shaman says
Kate’s spirit is strong,
something she does
reaches thousands
of people
God is blessing her
work and will bless
her all the days
of her life
