I’m the person inside of you

Funny and charming you antics are

I wonder why you won’t trust me
I’m always on your side
I want you to embrace me
As you did before

Because you’re not anymore
You hide from everyone around you
And tuck me way down low
But even when you tuck me away
There’s nothing I don’t know
I see, hear, and feel everything
Even your blood and tears
So take courage in me and let me out
So I can stick up to your fears
