Close your eyes my dear
and into sweet dreams fall.
I will be back to wake you
when the morning chorus calls.
Then again, we will walk across
the field of unending love
just as the dew begins to fall
caressing each flowers head.
Arm in arm we will walk
the fields of multi shades
of colours in profusion
and love again will surround us
in spring's deception,
and then we will sing again
a love song in tender harmony.
